How do I set up a consultation?
The purpose of the initial consultation is to determine how I can help you and what I would charge to assist you with your issue. This FAQ answers some common questions about consultations.

1.     How do I set up a consultation with the attorney?

You will need to contact the office between 8 AM and 5 PM to set up an appointment.

2.     Is there a charge for the initial consultation?

In general, our office does not charge for initial consultation, provided that such consultation is during normal business hours and does not exceed forty-five minutes. Matters eligible for a free consultation are family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and certain other matters.
My office does charge a small fee for consultations on immigration, debt collection defense, grandparent visitation, and land-lord tenant matters.

3.    Can I set up a consultation after-hours or on the weekends?

Our office does set after-hours and weekend consultation under special circumstances. We require that such appointments be set up in advance. Further we do charge a consultation fee for any such appointment.

4.    I live out-of-state, can I set up a telephone consultation?

Yes. You may set up a phone consultation. You should contact our office and set up a specific time for the consultation.
